Best trail I've been to so far, some decent hills to walk but nothing outrageous. Even with leaves covering the trail it is still easy to navigate.
Hiked this trail this morning. It's a well marked and well maintained trail with lots of variety. The narrow trail follows some ridge lines with decent views and drops down into some valleys that include a number of creek crossings, though things were pretty dry today. I saw a few wild flowers and a doe and her fawn, heard a few frogs splash in the water before I could spot them, and cleared all the spiderwebs for those who head there this afternoon. Heading counterclockwise, there is an old car in the creek around mile 2. Overall it was a great hike and would probably be a good challenge for trail running as well. There is also a shortcut that cuts the distance from 3.3 miles to 1.3 miles.
