Hawk Creek Valley Suspension Bridge Trail is a 3.8 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near London, Kentucky that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round.
Not as easy as everyone makes it sound. Should be moderate. Loved the hike though. Very beautiful especially this time of year. The bridge was a cool spot to hang out and have a snack and some water before heading back.
A very nice walk with many rock walls and overhangs. The bridge is really serene and is just a cool spot to go chill for a bit.
The trail is through a scenic section of Kentucky forest that includes many rocks and outcroppings. The suspension bridge makes this a nice destination for an in-n-out trail. The place where the waterfall probably is just had a few trickles today. I will plan to do the trail again! Very enjoyable!
Very nice hike, got to the bridge, beautiful scenery. We took our kids and our pup with us, nice secluded area at the bridge perfect for a night camping which we will plan for next season. just you and nature on this trail. As said was downhill going in, nice trek uphill going out, measured 1.9 miles back out from bridge. Fairly easy, and very recommended.
We loved this trail...especially as we were going down to the bridge. Coming back was harder as it was mostly uphill. It is well worth the effort though. Hiking this trail in the fall will have to be gorgeous!
We spent 5 hrs there. Could have done it in less time, but we took our time and enjoyed the beauty. Be prepared to be amazed at all of the rock formations and bridge. We saw where the waterfalls should be, but no rain equals no waterfall.
Nice hike once you got past the house with the barking dog at the beginning of the trail. Steady descent down to the bridge, so it's mostly uphill on the way back, but not too strenuous.
bring something to knock down all the spiderwebs! other than that, decent hike. was disappointed in the bridge, not what people claim it to be.
Great little area, good family hike. My 7 year old son loved it!
It was beautiful, but once you get to the bridge turn around & go back, cause we ended up way off course even though we followed the signs.
Loved this trail. The waterfall is a bit hidden and tricky to get too but is worth the rock crawling to see.
Good trail too hike kid and pet friendly!!
good little hike. my first time visiting was today and hiked for about 3 hrs
