Short trail that is beautiful and loops thru the Ogle Lake Nature Preserve. I started the hike at Ogle Lake Trail 7 connecting to Trail 4 which ends when it comes to a "T" with Trail 5. When you begin Trail 5 from Rally Point parking lot you would hike down the trail then hike a loop around the Nature Preserve. The way I took looped around the Nature Preserve first, when I got back to the beginning I hiked UP the trail to the parking lot and then back down hiking back the way I came. It did have some strenous steep sections overall a beautiful sight-seeing hike.

Beautiful trail around a small Lake at Brown County State Park. Pack a snack or a pinic lunch, there are several neat little spot so stop and enjoy a bite to eat while enjoying the view. An easy trail for the kids. They loved it! It does go down around the water so it does get muddy after a rail but what kid doesn't love the mud!
