Easy hike, my 6 year old and I ran the trail. It was nice a shaded 95% of the time.
I wouldn't say this is moderate more on the casual side.
A very nice county park. The trails are well maintained.
It was nice. Very calm . The family enjoyed it very much..
It's was a great hiking trip. Lots of beautiful scenery and I actually managed to hike some trails with my stroller. Can't wait to check out the other trails at the park!
We call this trail Terre Haute's best kept secret! It's a nicely maintained trail with gravel and sturdy wooden bridges, only a few steep hills. Good for family hiking or running. Nicely shaded in the summer, so it's not too hot under the tree canopy.
I love this park. Great place to run trails.
