Running trail with paved path and many drinking fountains
Great trail for a large city. However it is definitely not a trail you would take for solitude. Bicyclists and joggers are plentiful.
Great trail, easy walk
Love this path along the lake!! Lots of people, but you can get down to the water from sections of the trail.
This is a really enjoyable biking trail with lake views and park. Flat surface, not overly traffic, in the city but without the crowds.
So much to see and do!!! Never gets old.
Very crowded trail, but you have a beautiful view.
The South Shore trail is without a doubt some of the best biking in the city - a lot of curves mean its more fun to ride fast, and it is no where near as crowded as the North side trail. Spectacular views, beautiful but empty beaches, and if you go far enough South, smoked fish is waiting at the end of the trail!
