Cap Sauers and Swallow Cliff Loop Trail is a 7.7 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Palos Park, Illinois that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from April until September. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

First time on this trail. More of a walking path than hiking trail. Well traveled by joggers, walkers and bikers. Good if your looking to get some miles in. Very urban
Went for the stairs and only hiked a small distance. Need to go back and do the complete trail.
Challenging runs up and down the many hill. Some very steep

this is an amazing place to get a good workout. The hills are life, really makes u feel like ur in full beast mode.
