Great running trail! Just watch for roots.
It was alright. Expected more springs. Also was disappointed the trail wasn't a loop
Ran the old logging roads around the park. Great sand base. Wide enough to avoid brush (and ticks). Beautiful wooded areas. I put in 5 miles, and left more for another day.
Has a major tick problem on trail.
