I enjoyed seeing all of the foliage here. There's an incredible amount of wildlife here.
This is a nice shady trail. Most of the trail is a boardwalk where dogs are not welcome.
Very nice and clean, great Boardwalk. Lots of birds and turtles
come in spring for baby gators
Lots of wildlife. Boardwalk is pretty elaborate
Good place for plant and animal identification.
Boardwalk/tail in North St pete/Pinellas Park. I discovered this beautiful preserve park a couple years ago and walked it with my mother. Great for bird watching and alligator sighting. We saw a few gators and even had to pause with a few other trailers to let them cross one trail into the adjacent pond! Totally frightening and worth the adventure. Plenty of shade along the trail/boardwalk and one trail ends at an Observation tower. Dog friendly except on the boardwalk path.
