Willow Creek Trail is a 8.2 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Clark, Colorado that features a lake and is rated as moderate. The trail is primarily used for hiking and camping and is best used from May until October. Dogs are also able to use this trail.
It's not a bad hike. The scenery is beautiful. We hiked ~1.5m out and back from the visitor center to the campground. There is about 1/2 mile just on the side of the road which wasn't great. We had limited time so we had to head back. I think a better hike given our time constraint might have been starting at the campground and walking around the lake a bit.
