Fun hike close to where we were staying. Great for the little ones.
Great hike on Father's Day! Did Thunderhead hiking trail and avoided the bikers. Had a baby in the pack and a dog and made it 4.3 miles up on 2:20 which was really good time for us. Love that there are bathrooms, water, and beer at the top of this hike. Not very much traffic - we only saw 3 other hikers. Leave early as it gets hot in areas, but about 50/50 shade-sun.
I loved Steamboat! It was everything I expected from great skiing to a great ski town. Been here 4 times and hope to go again.
