Red Hill/Mushroom Rock trail is a 2.9 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Carbondale, Colorado that features beautiful wild flowers and is rated as moderate. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible from June until November. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

The Red Hill Recreation Area is a series of short trails that lead to the Mushroom Rock overlook. A great hike and a great view of the Crystal and Roaring Fork Valleys.
