AMAZING hike. Breathtakingly beautiful, super low impact, really quick and easy hike. 100% recommend this hike :)
Beautiful views from north to south!!
We took the Lyons Overlook off the Fountain Valley Loop and we were not disappointed. The view is amazing! The Fountain Valley Loop is ok for sport strollers, but the overlook is not, as it is quite a few steps up to the top.
Short but nice the views were great
Decent, easy, starter for children. Also decent for friends and family who live closer to sea level and are not in the best shape. I've been a few times, and it was never very busy. Easy grades, stable & flat surfaces. The nature center offers some great activities too.
Offshoot from Lyons trail, which takes you to overlook with better views of valley. Worth it if you've never been this way, or if you are looking for a little longer hike. Pretty easy jaunt on foot.
