This is well populated hiking location with a visitor's center open in the summer months. You can view the falls from the road so it's easy to bring children or those who may have trouble hiking. There is a steep hiking trail wraps along the creek to a look out point above the falls. Helen Hunt Falls named after Helen Hunt Jackson, author and social activist in the late 19th century marks the abrupt descent of Cheyenne Creek where North Cheyenne Canyon Rd merges with Gold Camp Rd. The hike takes you up beside the face of the falls, then back around to another creek and a promontory from which you can view the entire valley.

Easy trail and fun. Would do again but only to combine it with the summit of mount rosa. Take the trail to Saint Mary's falls. At Saint Mary's falls follow the trail signs to the mount rosa summit

Nice trail with a visitor center at the trailhead (next to the waterfall). Many great views and some nice places to sit and read at the end of the trail.

It was short but challenging enough and great views for taking pics. I would do it again for the scenery. Was slightly crowded though.

A good short hike to take little kids and tourists. Too short and crowded for my liking, but still a pretty hike.

Live in Springs area, so I've been there a handful of times. Good, short hike for families, tourists, but pretty heavy on the foot traffic for my taste.
Nice inclines though, and beautiful views. Good place to take pictures.
If doing during summer months in particular, make sure to be aware of your surroundings and encroaching weather - met a lot of people on the trail who were heading up even though there was a pretty good thunderstorm rolling in. I would not want to be caught in a storm up there.
