This is a popular trail suitable for hiking, running, or mountain biking. Bring the dogs! It is a point-to-point with about 3 intersections with trails that head down to Mathis Canyon. The trail starts at Top of the World Park in Laguna Beach and ends at the Canyon Acres Trailhead. You'll see beautiful canyon views and panoramic ocean vistas.
The views were great. The hike was nice at the beginning of the hike we went down and that was nice but hard on our way back especially because there was no shade and I was tired. I would definitely do this hike again. The park at the top is beautiful.
Great trail but super steep! Hell of a workout.
Free parking on Alta Laguna. Amazing ocean views and mountain views. This is a great place to watch the sunrise. There are always a lot of people on this trail but it never feels crowded. If you branch off to Car Wreck trail beware: its super steep and bikers fly down it. Hike also known as Too of the World.
Is this a shuttle run dh ??
Great view. Husband would like more coverage. Little shade
This is a great trail for running, mountain biking, or walking the dog. Be careful, it gets busy on weekends. It has some of the best views of the Laguna Coastline.
This is a gnarly trail. There are various jumps, berms, drops, rock gardens and steep fast downhill sections. Only ride this trail if you are experienced, or you will probably break yourself.
If you're into very technical downhills, this trail is a must! I rode it today from the Top of the World down to Laguna Canyon Rd. There are numerous youtube videos of guys flying down this trail but it will take me a while (or possibly never) to attain those speeds. Nonetheless, I had a blast on this short trail!
