Good place to walk with the family
It was a lovely and scenic walk . It kind of feels like someone's backyard .
A great sightseeing walk to check off the list of things to do in Venice, CA. Due to days of drought in SoCal, low water levels and hot temperatures bring out an unpleasant stench. Try not to wander too close and too late at night to people's homes.
Great place to walk, relaxing not too crowded perfect for everyone to enjoy
The only place that I feel at home.
Such a beautiful place for a stroll! Not a work out but very enjoyable!
Beautiful walk, with amazing scenery, beautiful homes, bridges all along the canals.
Very cool area with lots to see. Great to have a picnic, scenic driving, or to walk about.
Has anybody heard of the Norton House? Designed in 1984 by Frank Gehry, if you haven’t seen this house? Now you have another excuse to go to Venice Beach and the Venice Canals. It’s one of the best beaches I’ve ever seen personally made famous by one of the classic movie “Pumping Iron” with Arnold Schwarzenegger (1975) and “The Doors” with Val Kilmer (1991). One of the most interesting places for a site visit back in 2000, we saw musicians, body builders, skateboarders, interesting unusual performers and many tattoo shops. After the beach walk, of course the Venice Canals for a more peaceful walk. Both a must see, get there early because it's very difficult place to find parking, especially on a week-end.
Very beautiful little slice of tranquility right smack-dab in the middle of busy venice beach
A really surprising and delightful walk in Venice Beach.
A beautiful stroll with your significant other. Lots of cute ducks and incredible house architecture. A good walk for the daytime.
