This is a nice hike in the winter time. If you have dogs and decide to bring them it's a good Idea to keep them on leash as we saw 2 coyotes on this trail very close to us. What's nice about this hike is you can extend it as there are many different trails to explore. We ended up doing over seven miles.
Telegraph Canyon and South Ridge trails are excellently marked. The entire east side of the Chino Hills State Park has been upgraded and Bain Canyon Road is now paved. The Rolling M Ranch at the start of a hike is a fascinating relic of the cattle ranching days. This place looks like it might've been a set from Little House on the Prairie. All in all this is another easy day hike in the heart of Southern California.
Bane canyon town was closed from sequal canyon road. the sign said no vehicle/pedestrian entrance to the park. apparently they are doing construction on the road or something and it will be closed till summer 2015
