The Cedar Canyon trail connects to the Soldier Creek trail, so the two trails may be considered as one. Cedar Canyon trail is fairly steep with switchbacks. Top of the trail is the Crystal Lake paved road. When you finish descending to the bottom of the canyon, the trail meets up with Soldier Creek trail.
