I went with a friend that knows the area very well. We hiked for a few hours out and it was basically uphill the entire way. For a newer, not in super great shape hiker like me, it was very challenging! I'll definitely go back when I'm better conditioned and I'm sure I'll enjoy it a lot more! :) There is a friendly bar and grill nearby that we visited after the hike. I had a cold beer and visited with other hikers and bikers. Plan to stop on your way home for a nice treat after a day of hiking!
