Palisades Highlands to Trippet Ranch is a 12.8 mile moderately trafficked out and back trail located near Pacific Palisades, California that offers the chance to see wildlife. The trail is rated as difficult and primarily used for hiking, trail running, and mountain biking.
Combination of steeper single track and wide fire roads. The beginning of the route is a fairly steep ascent up along a water berm up to Temescal Ridge Trail. Turn left at the trail to start the route. Turning right will take you down to Temescal Gateway Park in Pacific Palisades. You can get water at Trippet Ranch and parking at top of Palisades Drive via Chastain Parkway. Bathrooms at start, at Hub and at Trippet Ranch. Much of this route is used for the Topanga 10K which is held over Memorial Day Weekend.
