Good for jogging.
Mile square park is great for brushing up on your endurance. 4 miles around but also 2 separate trails inside park winding through picnic areas around lakes and in between ducks :) great for daily jogging or leisurely strolls
It's a nice walk through a local regional park. Good for fresh air and light exercise. Usually pretty crowded. There are some nice places to sit and picnic though.
