I almost forgot to mention that there may be a lot of bees there? The women I see along this trail are dressed like bee keepers!
Upon the discovery of this trail, you'll notice it's quite the unique one! First of all it's located in between the 5 and the 405. The wildlife you see here are indigenous to the climates of Saudi Arabia. So tread carefully. Upon entering their territory, you'll notice they are very protective of it. If you get to close, you'll notice they have a defense mechanism that has a similar smell to Drakkar Noir and almost cigarettes. So I warn you. Be careful! When you get deeper into the trail, you'll be distracted by all that this trail has to offer. In the middle of the hike, it seems to have a natural, man made fountain, but don't drink the water, bring your own. You may get sick from it. I didn't quite make it to the end of the hike because I got distracted by all the amenities and bars. (I got pretty shit canned at one of the watering holes). Hope this review of the Irvine spectrum trail helps!
