Terrible hike. Poorly marked. Not physically difficult.
This trail is definitely a good workout on the way up! Most of the trail is pretty rocky so some good trail shoes would come in handy. Views are really nice throughout the trail and rewarding once you hit the top. This trail has bikers coming down it fairly frequently, the 2 that passed me had bells on them so i knew they were coming and just stepped to the side to let them pass.
beautiful and breathtaking scenes. workouts is great. just make sure the sole of your shoes are not worn out.
A nice hike with good views at the top. We live close and do this hike all the time. There are awesome rock formations that take you back to when the Chumash Indians lived here. There is no shade so carry plenty of water and sun protection in warm weather.
Beautiful. It's so amazing hiking in the rain. The waterfalls are stunning
Incredible! Excellent rocks and a variety of ways to summit. Be Careful for poison oak!
Great hike, difficultly doesn't lie so bring plenty water and be ready for a good uphill adventure.
Good trail with mountainous terrain. Steep grade, but only a little over a 4 mile hike. Can do it on 500ml of water, so not much to carry! Cool little bench to sit at when you hit the top of the trail where it hits rocky point trail.
Pleasant hike with a good scenery especially come sun down. There were a ton of wild critters: amphibians, birds, & mammals. I would recommend this to a friend.

great view of Simi valley
Great views, great technical spots, beautiful boulders, one of my faves in Ventura county!
Very easy trail, but probably one of the most fun I have done! Some interesting, and, well, weird graffiti in some places. Stop painting on everything, please and thank you.
Lots of small caves to explore, and to escape the heat and sun. Bring a couple liters of water and a lunch. Eat your lunch in the large cave near the hwy. It's hidden, so keep a sharp eye out for it. You won't be disappointed!
Nice hike. Beautiful rock formations and amazing caves. This is a hidden treasure in Simi Valley as a family hike. Lot of fun with young kids.

This trail begins with cave browsing at the lower level and a steady 1,000 ft. climb that terminates at a bench at the intersection with the Rocky Peak Trail. The rock formations are really beautiful with the position of the sun affecting photographic conditions hour by hour. Beware of occasional mountain bikers braving the terrain around blind corners.
This is a really cool trail with all the rock formations and small caves. But it can get a little confusing because the trail splits off constantly. Luckily someone painted pink arrows in the confusing area to guide you up the rocks. I really wish people would stop making the shortcuts, just do the whole trail. Overall, it's an all up hill trail but it is a good one, just don't go too late in the afternoon because it can get pretty hot up there.
