It's. Great way to start getting into shape if you are a new cyclist. It's flat which is great because it's a constant peddling. I would not suggest going on a really cold or windy day as it gets very cold and windy. But on a day of 50 and up it's great!!!

I'm a newbie, and I found this trail to be easy due to the flat terrain. I'm grateful for that since I'm just getting over a knee injury.

Fun and Beautiful

easy hiking trail though can make it more difficult by increasing the mileage, the running is also great here, as it's mostly flat. Sunsets are absolutely beautiful, and there are a lot of birds to watch.

Love walking this trail by the bay. It's flat and perfect for a quick hike. Parking is easy to find which is a plus.
