One of the trails at La Quinta Cove, open all year to all skill level. This is a trail that will eventually join Cactus Springs Trail which ends at Hwy 74. A very strenuous trail with incredible views of the valley on the North and East to Salton Sea.

Best done when under 90 degrees in Coachella Valley. Hike the Boo Hoff, at 3.4 miles, turn right onto Guadelupe Trail. Fairly well marked, but there are some unmaintained areas. Watch for cairns. Beautiful! Well worth it. Careful for the chollas as you walk thru several fields of them. Take some pliers just in case. Meets up with Catus Springs trail, so you can keep going SW to the Sugarloaf cafe, Sawmill Trailhead, and have someone pick you up. 15 miles took us 6.5 hours. About a 5,000' elevation gain....
