A moderate, 5 mile loop that takes you through canyon and up to Moro ridge, with sweeping coastal views. This trail begins and ends at the El Moro Visitor Center. This loop gives you a tour of the El Moro Canyon, then climbs over 800' in elevation to the ridge line, where you'll enjoy some of the best coastline views in the park. Parking Fee: $15
November 14... 85 degrees and sunny! Life is good!
Relatively easy trail with good views throughout.
Nice walk, some pretty steep descents. a little bit of the trails are paved, other parts are pretty rutted. watch your steps and you can have a nice scenic walk especially around sundown. don't watch your steps and you will twist your ankles.
el moro is a great hoke with beautiful views. nice elevation and you can hike for days! Only complaint is they dont allow dogs
Nice ocean views. Good workout.
Great hike with very steady inclines, amazing views!!
Just an edit for my review before: My hike was about 5 miles.
A solid hilly hike with longer and shorter loop options. Not very scenic but there are some nice ocean views at the end. My home was about 5 miles. There were a few mountain bikers. $15 parking fee.
Great views of the ocean
A great workout! I did about 5 miles, got some great inclines! You can see the ocean going up. My new favorite! Now that I am more familiar with it as well as the maps (The maps tend to be slightly different on the poles at times, maybe they arent all updated) next time I will make it to the ocean. Thank you OCParks for this beauty in Laguna Beach.
Beautiful views, great beach weather. Lots of options for trails. Some steep and others not so hard. Can't wait to try the full loop!
Great views, moderate inclined very dusty. Kids enjoyed didn't see much wildlife except for several large hawks flying overhead.
Good view, but not elevated enough for me
