This trail does go along roads but is nice for biking
Great trail to hike either leisurely or for a training run. Nice views.
The entire River Trail is a fun hike to undertake but beware: portions on the Little Rock side are very poorly maintained due to construction. Cutaway from the trail near the LR Amphitheatre (there will be no signs instructing you to do so). Also, when you get near LaHarpe Blvd., take the trail that goes down a street near the railroad tracks: there is no sign, but you can avoid having to walk down Cantrell Blvd. by Dillard's. Overall, it's great to accomplish but there's still many things that could make it more walker/runner/biker friendly. Bring water and prepare for limited access to bathrooms.
trail will be a lot better when they get it worked around Dillards.
