A quieter hike that gives you all the views near one of the most traveled trails. It's especially nice to have some variance in the height to keep it interesting instead of all up or down.
This was an easier moderate trail. It was fairly crowded when I went on a holiday. The trail narrows in spots that were hard to navigate with a dog while passing other hikers with dogs. If I didn't hike with my dog, I'd probably rate this hike a 4.
Very great hiking trail that isn't as heavily trafficked as others like Cholla Trail or Echo Canyon. Great for a quick day hike! There are some places where the trail narrows and is very rocky which may be difficult for those who are not used to hikes like this. Also, the parking is limited to a small lot, so if you luck out, you can find a spot. Otherwise, the businesses around that area do not offer parking, and you might have to park further down 32nd St. and walk to the trail-head, but still not too far of a jaunt. Definitely recommend for a short day hike that is different from the tourist trails!
Great hike/walk for families. Crowded at the trail head but thins out later. Don't stop at the top of the hill; the trail continues down the valley on the other side.
