Jim Thompson Trail is a 5.2 mile heavily trafficked out and back trail located near Sedona, Arizona that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is accessible year-round. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Started the hike at the trailhead at Jordan Road trailhead. A nice, easy hike. Beautiful views. You will be hiking below Steamboat Rock. Towards the end of the hike keep a lookout on your right for Midgley Bridge. We added in the short but very scenic Wilson Canyon Trail.
FYI….directions on Alltrails leads to an unknown destination.

It was a fun hike with great views of the red rock. I'd do it again. Not terribly strenuous.
