One of my favorite trails! Amazing views, good workout, not difficult. It is a bit rocky, so be sure to wear boots. If your knees have trouble on a steep decline, start on the left side of the loop. It's steeper and a good glute workout then the return is a bit easier.
Nice views. Fun to run and hike. Fairly easy for the average hiker.
Love this hike. Great work out!!
a good workout but not recommended if you have trouble with larger rocks or incline. pretty scenery!
Great trail but wear boots!
Great trail! The people of AZ are lucky to have this. Lots of rocks, so wear your hiking boots. Next time I'm going right when I face the trail head. Left seemed more hilly ;). We went at 10 am on a cloudy day (in the low 50s), and it wasn't too crowded on the trail. Tons of people were starting as we finished. I see why it's popular.
Nice views towards Camelback mtn
Great hike! Our two HS aged kids had a great time experiencing a world outside the flat Midwest. Challenging enough to make it interesting. Beautiful views. Finished before it became too crowded.
