Great trail system in the heart of the Mat-Su. If you're new to the system, it's a good idea to take something to keep track of where you are as it's easy to get lost due to multiple entry points, numerous trails, and limited signage.

Excellent place to get out and enjoy while still being close to home.

Nice nature walk. However, we took a side trail off into the woods and came out in a neighborhood across from the fairgrounds....??!!! That was not where we wanted to end up!! Next time I think we will stay on the main trail.... LOL!!!

Sadly, the Borough has already started closing trails for "landfill expansion"; see the photos of Trail 12 from September 22, 2013. They do not understand the value of these trails. Come check them out and see for yourself. nothing like a walk on the Crevasse Moraine trails in the fall! Bring your dogs and have a blast!

These are the most incredible trails! My dogs and I love them. But the Mat-Su Borough is planning to turn them all into landfill. Please help us save them. See this Facebook page: https://www.facebook.com/crevassemorainetrails

Really fun, various trails, just don't go when it's wet because then it is a bit less fun, there are lots of trails, single tracks, wide track, up hill and down. This is a great place to go with a group of bikers, or hikers, or walkers.

Visited in the early spring. Was very nice. Lots of Hills with a variety of trails. Dogs allowed on leash. Gets lots of use in the winter as cross country ski area. Has a HUGE hill that is a local magnet for sledding.
