We have traveled through Ozark several times on our way to FL. I used all trails.com to look for an area to get out of the car and take a walking break. Very pleasant, quiet walk.
Love this trail around the lake! Perfect for walking or running. Paved for the first 2 miles, then gravel/dirt the last mile. Towards the end of the trail is a bit more elevation, good for a trail run. Love taking the dogs here. Usually there a just a few people (maybe no one else around!) on a weekday.
