This is a loop along the Saxon Shore Way from the port town of Sandwich out to Sandwich Bay & returning past the Sandwich Bird Observatory. The busy riverside creates a lively and colorful start. The paths quickly branch away from the riverfront to cross the immaculate greens and fairways of a coastal golf course and down to the shingle foreshore at Sandwich Bay.
