This trail is well managed and easily accessible for people of all ages. There are many viewpoints provided along the way to keep this hike interesting. In addition, this trail is unique because workout equipment has been installed along the length of the trail to provide an excellent supplemental workout or entertainment for the kids. There are a number of very interesting culturally unique towers and viewpoints along the way which provides great photo moments. There are multiple routes available but the main trail runs to a point and back again over a distance of approximately eight miles.
Easily accessible, can be either a quick and easy trail or you can go for a long hike. Does get a little annoyingly crowded, but the proximity to Osan Air Base makes it worth while.
Great hiking! Not too crowded, and can choose whether to make it a little more f
Difficult or not(: had a great time!
excellent trail! walked there from Osan Air Base. it was a little tough finding the entrance. but once we got on the trail everything was fine. there was plenty of splits on the path where you can choose the tough way or the easy way. once we made it to the end, the view wasn't bad. on the way back we decided to take another route and got a little lost, so the signs could have been a little easier to understand.. but maybe that's the american in me. all in all.. GREAT TRAIL
really nice trails and awesome views
Great trail for hiking and trail running. I had a blast!
Great hike. The top of Bukhansan Mountain is such a great view. Go early in the day because by noon the top can get packed. Makes you feel that you are no where near Seoul.
We hiked about half of this trail today. The trees are mostly bare but some of the birds are back. It should green up in the next couple of months.
I hiked this trail with my wife, kids and our dog in October 2013. The trail is in great shape and is heavily used. There were some nice surprises along the way - the first one was a great little rest area with bathrooms and local drinks and snacks available for sale. Music was being played by a local musician on a guitar and the community atmosphere was friendly and relaxing. The kids enjoyed the heavy-duty workout equipment that was installed along the length of the trail - some of it was very creative. There were some nice viewpoints and some great Asian architecture in some of the towers. It is very close to Osan AB which made this hike very convenient for us as well.
