Enjoy the white limestone cliffs, the King Aragon and the battlements steps: great scenic views. Founded during the 9th century, the citadel of Bonifacio is the one of the greatest attraction of Corsica. The city is small, just walking in the streets for a city tour last about 1 hour but is an unforgettable hike. This route shows the best way to reach Bonifacio from the marina, the walk of the King Aragon steps, as well as the battlements tour and the cliff hike. There are three small hike you should not miss in Bonifacio: the Aragon steps (1 hour visit), the walk on the battlements (45 minutes visit) as well as a brief walk along the cliffs (30 minutes to 3 hours walk are possible see map). Complete visit: half day or more at your convenience.
