This is one of the easier trails in Gatineau Park and is fully accessible if you use a wheelchair as long as it's not too wet(mud). It's a nice walk with a little bit of an incline in places but nothing more than a few degrees incline and certainly accessible for most people. Dirt trail that circles an area of the forest near the parking lot for Gatineau Park.
This is probably the most "boring" trail in Gatineau Park - at least compared to the other trails in the park. It's very flat. What's nice about the trail is that its very easy so good for little kids. Also the interpretive panels tell you some of the history of the area and how the area is being reclaimed by the forest.
A nice thing about this trail is that you can easily get to it because even if the Champlain parkway is closed, the trail is accessible.
