an old long abandoned secondary road used mostly for 4 wheeling. is a beautiful walk with many turn off to wonder deeper into the woods. many places to fish and meet wildlife and birds. you can meet up with a car on church street where the #12 meets it. Start at 48.018205, -65.383093
I grew up here, and have done this trail hundreds of times, walking, biking, fishing and hunting. You start with heavy forest to the right of the trail and three large fields to the left, after that is pretty much a nice wide trail through the center and along the edge of the forest, small game hunting is popular but with a small population you might not even see another person in your travel. Owl's, partridge, rabbit, squirrel and deer are very common, in the winter this trail meets and partially uses the groomed ski-doo trail and makes it much more active in winter. the sounds, sights a smells of this walk are to dream about, if you love the woods. can get muddy and have large water holes in spring.
