The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, birding, and snowshoeing and is best used from April until October.
Went for an afternoon walk
Had a quiet winter walk on the Old Voyageur trail and the Miner trail with my wife and 6 year old daughter. We were practically the only ones there!
The trees are mostly deciduous. The trails are pretty flat (flat enough to be able to pull a sled) although the Miner trail is a bit rockier. There were pretty views of the Ottawa river and lots of signs of beavers.
A nice easy walking experience. I didn't see any ski trail grooming although the park website says you can cross country ski in here.
Great trails. Pretty easy with lots of views of the Ottawa river. Multiple loops to do just the right amount of hiking that you wish to do.
Great trail. Very Scenic. I go there often and can choose from a variety of loops depending on desired distance. Not very busy. Usually Light traffic, if any. A wonderful place to experience.
Very well marked trails. A very enjoyable afternoon.
