It was okay. Big park if you want to play sports or have a picnic. Not much to see

The park itself is big with a wide path and other than lots of green space not much to look at. The trails on the out the edge take you into the woods and are more Intersting. It's a fun walk if your In the area and come before the park opens to vehicles(before may) and you can walk around without seeing a soul.

If I could I'd give this one a zero. It's 4 bucks each to get in if you follow the directions but if you drive north of the park and park on a residential street there are plenty of access points that are not monitored at all.
The vast majority of this "conservation" area is mowed grass - perfect for large groups holding family or company picnics. The "trail" is not marked at all so we ended up doing a circuit of the park on a gravel path, it was pretty boring. We then found the "trail" which consisted of a short (probably 200 ft) walk through the woods which lead us to a 2 block walk through a residential area and then another short grassy walk to the lake. You can hear the heavy traffic from the 407 everywhere you go. The lake is beautiful and you' d swear you were in cottage country except for the loud traffic noise. This was a total waste of time.
