I go here every year and have tried both Killbears bike trail and small hiking trails.
The bike trail goes through the entire park so it is accessible from each campground and hiking trail. The trail includes many hills and you can often see wild life including deer and birds. It stretches through forested where there are many species of trees. I envoy the biking trail, but don't bike very often.
For their hiking trails, they are very pretty and lead to many water front areas and look out points. Some trails also include some information booklets to educate the hikers about various points in the hike. All of the trails are a little short for me, but you can always try to do more than one in a day.
