Dickson Falls Trail is a 0.7 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Alma Parish, New Brunswick, Canada that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options and is best used from April until October.
We hiked this short trail as part of a two week trip to Maine and New Brunswick. It was short, but very scenic. The trail is fairly easy to navigate. The trail follows along the little creek for most of the short hike and many boardwalks are provided to navigate over some of the terrain, crossing the creek several times along the way. There are many vantage points to view the falls and the rushing mountain creek. The woods are lush and green and almost look like a rain forest with all the varieties of fern and mosses growing everywhere.
This was a beautiful hike. We enjoyed the signage with the information about the area and the falls are more beautiful in person.
