Wapta Falls is a 3 mile lightly trafficked out and back trail located near Columbia-Shuswap, British Columbia, Canada that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and birding and is best used from June until September.
Nice little hike to the waterfalls. We did this a while ago. I always remember it because ,my wife got soaked in the rain. We had a nice time though.
A pleasant walk to the Wapta falls, if it's a super hot day, you want to get close to the falls to cool off in the mist.
A small and easy hike but well worth it ! Bring rain gear if your planning to get close !
Bring a poncho with you so you don't get wet if you want to get closer to the waterfall.
Great hike to an amazing waterfall but it should be noted as you make your way down to the bottom it does get pretty steep in some places and you spend lots of time watching out for tree roots.
great trail, very easy
Nice easy trail did it last week, make sure you go to the bottom, can get great photos. While there 90% of people never went down. Only problem I had was the trail was quite muddy
