This is trail is mostly off the road with few road crossing, many giving the right way to the cyclists. Parts of the trail are beautiful in case with a cathedral of trees and a wonderful way to see Victoria. Very easy, trail mainly flat and paved. Some parts are do have packed gravel section however a great trail for all riders. I use the trail for main road riding. Mtbing when out for a family ride. Dogs are allowed on leash. We took ours in baskets for 30km ride to the off leash park downtown. Great ride!!
