This is a good beginner's hike for anyone with a reasonable level of mobility. There are a lot of roots in certain areas and a few areas where you're stepping up or down a couple of tall steps, but overall a pretty easy trail. There are several nice lookout points along the way, so be sure to stop and check out the tidal pools on some of the rocks and look out for starfish in the edge of the water.
