Awesome hike! The view is absolutely breathtaking and the trail is decently challenging. We chose to continue on after the teahouse toward the lookout which was definitely worth it. The only real downside is how busy it is, but once you leave the trail around the lake, the crowds lessen.

It's beautiful at this time of the season. Will need spikes on the shoes and but depth of snow is increasing daily.
You will keep on stopping every few meters to take pictures. Very few hikers on the way when reaching the Tea house and above.
Must for those who are into taking scenery pictures.

Excellent Hike. Starts at Lake Louise shoreline and finishes at the Tea house. We opted to push on to the Glaciers lookout and we were glad we did. Beautiful awe inspiring views. We even saw an avalanche on Mt Lefroy...bonus. On the way back we did the Big Beehive Highline Trail to Lake Agnes and then back down to Lake Louise. Due to this add-ons we would rate this as moderate (Plain of 6 Glaciers Hike) to hard (Big Beehive Highline Trail) due to the steepness of the Hike on the latter. However the views from the top is well worth the effort especially if you do go to the hut/shelter at the summit. Both Tea houses are great for refreshments and a great place to rest and refresh.

Great quick hike! It took us 3.5hr round trip and that's including a lunch break. It was pretty busy so go early to get parking. It's a steady incline (nothing too steep) the whole trail and at the end a small scramble to see the Victoria Glacier. Lots of great photo opportunities and beautiful view of Lake Louise from up top. It's very windy and brisk at the top so bring a wind breaker and gloves. Lots of people with dogs and kids so it's good for everyone.

Fun trail. Be sure to stop at the Tea House. Continue on to the end to have a great view of the glaciers.

The views are great but boy was it ever busy with traffic. I made the most of it and chatted with nearby groups and we were lucky enough to witness an avalanche right across the Tea house.

We came down the trail from the big beehive. Beautiful hike. Enjoyed the family time. Quite a few people.

The views were absolutely stunning. The hike itself was easier than advertised. The only drawback was the number of people on the trail. A snack at the Tea House at the top of the trail was enjoyable. This is a good family hike for people of all skill levels.

Beautiful views on a moderate trail. A great tea house 3/4 of the way up. Definitely a great trail rain or shine.

Very well maintained trail with beautiful views throughout. This trail would have 5 stars if it weren't for the people! We started at 8:30am and there were already people everywhere! Parking would be a nightmare for anyone starting this trail after 8:30am on a Saturday. We did the Plain of 6 Glaciers and combined it with the Beehive/Lake Agnes Teahouse. Gorgeous views of glaciers, Lake Louise and Lake Agnes. Would definitely do this again but would start earlier or much much later!

Quite crowded hike. To have it more quiet, begin or quite late, and you will have no one one your way back, especially if you take the loop via Lake Agnes.

Six glacier hike was decent, though crowded, especially at the tea house. Highlight for me was the detour on the way back to "Big Beehive" which takes you up a pretty steep vertical but with a nice payday... A practically birds-eye view of Lake Louise and the Fairmont Hotel. It also affords a great view of Lake Agnes which you can then hike down to, though that trail is probably five sets of scree switchbacks that isn't much fun. At the bottom of the switchbacks, however, you land at the far end of Lake Agnes with a nice view of the lake and the (other) tea house in the distance. The detour resulted in the app clocking our distance at 9.1 miles, but well worth the extra effort.

Beautiful moderate hike. Keep on mind it's cold at the top. Bring cash to get a tea at the teahouse, well worth a little stop.
