Beautiful spot, great views of what must be one of the most photographed lakes in the Canadian Rockies. It gets quite crowded at the lower viewpoint though. Easy hike to the upper viewpoint.
one of my most favorite lookouts in banff!
Easy hike. Beautiful scenery
A very nice, short hike. Best views are to go beyond the viewing platform, take a right (second or third) after a while, and continue to climb. After a short steep section you will get an expansive view. I was alone up there for about an hour although the lower viewpoint was crowded.
Easiest way to see this Beautiful lake, views are 2nd to none, must do!
