Lake Agnes Trail is a 2 mile heavily trafficked point-to-point trail located near Alberta, AB that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, and nature trips and is accessible from June until August. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Lake Agnes is beautiful especially on a sunny day. Make sure to go to the little beehive on the way back down.
Great trail to spend the day enjoying and well worth taking the detour to the little beehive before looping back down to the lake.
Gorgeous setting to hike... a bit of snow made it even better. Shared a bottle of Pinot at the end of the trail on a board walk that overlooks the stream feeding the lake with my wife of 20 years. Amazing!
Moderate Trail for sure. The first third of the trail was the steepest, but once that was completed it was an easier push to the top. The Lake Agnes Tea House was the best incentive to get to the top. We ordered sandwiches and tea, delicious! This was our favourite hike so far!!
Have done this one twice and loved it twice! Beautiful trail, good uphills, several switchbacks through the forest. It is definitely not "easy" though - this rating should be changed to "moderate". Also can be quite crowded in the summer - lots of tourists. The views of Lake Louise are spectacular and Mirror Lake along the way is beautiful.
Picturesque hike but this is definitely not "Easy." The terrain is rocky and entirely uphill with many switchbacks. Not recommended for children or those who are out of shape.
Lovely trail. Spectacular views. I would rate this as moderate as it is all uphill and quite steep with a fair amount of rocks. The tea house at the top is well worth the hike. Don't miss the biscuits and jam.
Gorgeous and so fun! The teahouse is so charming and surrounded by such beautiful scenery. Absolutely loved this one.
Great family hike. Spectacular scenery. Nightmare parking!
Very well maintained trail with beautiful views throughout. This trail would have 5 stars if it weren't for the people! We started at 8:30am and there were already people everywhere! Parking would be a nightmare for anyone starting this trail after 8:30am on a Saturday. We did the Plain of 6 Glaciers and combined it with the Beehive/Lake Agnes Teahouse. Gorgeous views of glaciers, Lake Louise and Lake Agnes. Would definitely do this again but would start earlier or much much later!
My favourite. Would not call this an easy hike for those looking for a leisurely stroll
I did this hike years ago with my son in our hiking carrier. I didn't find it overly difficult but it is crowded.
I would recommend early morning if you want to beat the tourism rush!
The scenery is beautiful and there's lots of shade. It's relatively flat for the first portion then the elevation gain kicks in.
There are other trails that you can do off the main trail as well.
Great short hike. If you want a snack at the Tea House, go early....food is made fresh daily which limits availability as evening approaches. Did not have time to hike Big Bee Hive....Next time!!!
