Neranie to Violet Hill via Shelley Beach is a 12.4 mile point-to-point trail located near Bungwahl, New South Wales, Australia that features a lake. The trail is good for all skill levels and primarily used for whitewater kayaking.
This is a kayak trip from the from Neronie campground vie the eastern shore of Myall Lake to the camping ground at Violet Hill. The lakes are part of the Myall Lakes National Park. The Myall lakes are ideal for touring and camping out of your kayak. A strong paddler could complete this trip in half a day but it is suitable for beginners and canoes to complete in full day. The lakes are part of the Myall Lakes National Parks which is a Ramsar wetland of international significance. There are therefore plenty of native wildlife to be seen including, kangaroos, sea eagles, whistling kites, goannas and dingoes. You are very likely to see many of these if you take your time and look around!
