We hiked a few sections of trails. Stared at White Rock Gap, then onto Slacks Trail, onto Torry Ridge Trail, and finally Blue Trail. This made it a loop back to the camp grounds and was a total of 9.3 miles. The actual Slacks trail was only about 2.6 miles. It was very beautiful and once on the ridge you could see off to either side to other mountains.
There are no scenic vistas, lakes, waterfalls or wildflowers. (unless you take the short path up to Slacks Overlook. But it is still a beautiful woodland trail. This trail connects White Rock Gap Trail and Torrey Ridge Trail. Neither end is accessible from a trailhead so you hike must be considerably longer. Many nice options present themselves by combining with other trails for loops or long point to point hikes.
