It was really good.
When you park at the entrance walk behind the sign. Walk a little ways be on the look to your left and you will see some bird houses. If you walk that path way you will end up at the waterfall. It is really beautiful and peaceful.
Shaun G. on Horse-Shoe Charcoal Loop Trail
Part of the trail goes right past our house (Charlestown, PA), so we do short hikes all the time. Always see lots of wildlife (deer, fox, birds, ect.). Lots of delicious wild raspberries along the trail in late June/early July. Some bigger hills, but our 4 year old is able to hike it.
