This is a beautiful day-use park located on the bank of the Rogue River and at the foot of the geologically prominent Table Rocks. You can fish, swim, hike, watch wildlife and experience nature at its finest. An ideal spot for family gatherings or group picnics, the site has a large picnic shelter with cooking utilities. There's a smaller picnic kitchen and three sites with water and electricity. Denman Wildlife Refuge is next to this park and teems with local and migratory wildlife -- a bird viewing paradise. Salmon and steelhead pass through seasonally on treks to and from the ocean. Rainbow trout are stocked by the Oregon Department of Fish and Wildlife. A boat ramp with toilet facilities provides excellent access to the river.

Beautiful and fun hike for all

I really loved this trip but forgot to record it (slaps forehead)

Short but steep at the beginning. Great views at the top and lots of interesting trees and shrubs n the trail. Very enjoyable trail close to Medford.

Beautiful view. Crazy how flat the top is. I love all the wild flowers, so peaceful!!!

Great hike. Trail is well maintained. We will definitely do it again.

love the hike..great veiw very peacful .... next time i will bring a trash bag to pic up after litter bugs ....U PAC IT IN U PAC IT OUT ..... SIMPLE...
Dont spoil it for others.

nice views

An intense (but fairly short) hike to the top pays off big. Lots of old growth Madrone and Manzinita. Try and go at an off time, as this is a popular hike. A beautiful place to survey the Rogue Valley on a clear day. Usually takes about 30 minutes to climb to the top at a decent pace.

Easy hike with four kids.

Great views but a bit too much traffic on the trail.

Nice easy hike, views are pretty good but there's much better ones. Easy to do for a little bit of exercise!

Always a great hike, but no dogs allowed. Can be very muddy in the rainy season.

Easy hike with the kids and nice views on a clear day. Lots of wildflowers in bloom right now. Watch out for the poison oak; it hangs in to the path in a couple spots.

Very easy hike up with amazing views. Path is well tended and only one area of mud which was from the huge rain storm the night before. Wild flowers were very pretty.

ive always liked it

Simple enough hike, beautiful at sunset. Path is taken care of well. After I got to the top I didn't want to leave, beautiful scenery!
